1. All Sales Are Final

All SEO service purchases are final.
Because SEO involves time, research, content work, and active optimization from the moment service begins, no refunds are issued for:

  • Monthly SEO packages

  • One-time SEO services

  • Strategy, analysis, or audit work

  • Content creation or optimization

  • Local SEO or listing updates

  • Any digital marketing hours performed on behalf of Mirage Tanning Salon

Once payment is submitted and work has started, the service is considered fully delivered and non-refundable.

2. No Performance-Based Refunds

Due to the nature of SEO and the many outside factors that influence rankings (competition, algorithms, content, search trends, and platform changes), Mirage Tanning Salon does not provide refunds or partial refunds based on:

  • Search engine rankings

  • Traffic levels

  • Lead volume

  • Online visibility

  • Algorithm changes

Results are not guaranteed in any specific timeframe.

3. Payment Responsibility

By purchasing SEO services, the client acknowledges:

  • Fees are due on the agreed schedule

  • Service continues month-to-month unless cancelled

  • Late or missing payments may result in service suspension

  • Unpaid balances must be resolved before any future work resumes

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel future SEO service at any time with written notice.
Cancellations:

  • Only apply to future billing cycles

  • Do not qualify for refunds of past payments

  • Do not alter or reverse work already performed

5. Work Ownership After Payment

Any SEO-related content created by Mirage Tanning Salon or its partners becomes the client’s property after full payment is received.
